NSPCC Speak Out Stay Safe Sessions17-07-2016 | 20:50:30 | No Comments

On Monday the 4th July we had two special visitors from the NSPCC who came to talk to us about keeping safe and speaking  out to a trusted adult if we don’t feel safe for any reason.

Wendy and Becky along with their trusted mascot buddy talked to us in two assemblies (for Key stages 1 and 2) about what we can do to get help at times when we don’t feel safe, including ringing or contacting Childline free online.

The assemblies were followed up by two excellent workshops for years 5 and 6 pupils who were all very sensible in the sessions and came up with some great answers.  Well done everyone.
